At Nana Jacqueline, we want you to feel confident and elegant in every piece you purchase. If your selection is not the perfect fit, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for all eligible items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and have the original Nana Jacqueline tags and security seals still attached before placing them in the original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
